AESC was incorporated in 1999. Its Founding Directors, Bruce Collins and Greg Davis, formed the company as an Essential Safety Measures (Fire and Life Safety) auditing and management firm, for the provision of professional independent audit services to the property industry.
The company experienced strong business growth from the outset, and as a result of the ever-increasing demand for the company’s services, and in 2000, the decision was made to expand the company into a national service provider. This was to be one of the company’s key turning points, and lead to a necessary expansion in the range of products & services available to the company’s clients
Since this major business decision was made, the company has rapidly evolved to the point where AESC is now the recognised leader in the broader real estate industry – with services covering all aspects of property asset management (health, safety & OH&S Audit). |

From the very first day of trading, our business philosophy has been to form solid “partnerships” with our clients. Because of this commitment, we have established many long-term relationships within our business base.
And as these long-term clients – and their needs – have developed, so have their demands upon our services. Due to their growth, they have expressed their desire to engage a minimum number of service providers to achieve their business objectives.
In direct response to this need, AESC has established a National Call Centre. By utilising this system, our clients’ needs are met in the areas of maintenance management services, contractor compliance management, and expenditure tracking. The AESC Call Centre even offers centralised purchasing and procurement services, for centralised cost management control.
Keeping in line with our vision for superior client service delivery, all audit, reporting and call centre services are webbased services – this gives our clients unlimited real time access to all of their data and reporting managed by AESC.
AESC will continue to expand and develop our services to the Essential Services industry, by embracing innovative IT and business solutions – ensuring success for our business… and our clients… now and into the future.
